Section 1.0
Introduction
FixFlip operates a platform connecting customers
with participating phone dealers and repair partners.
Customers generally pay the relevant dealer or repair
partner directly. FixFlip receives commission from
partners and may assist customers with communication
and complaint coordination.
The actual seller or service provider is generally
responsible for processing transaction-related refunds,
subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed
for the transaction.
Section 2.0
Product-Specific Return and Refund Terms
Return, replacement and refund eligibility may
differ according to the product, seller, condition
and disclosed offer.
Before completing a purchase, customers should
review the applicable product listing or order
confirmation for:
- Return or replacement eligibility.
- The applicable request period.
- Conditions for accepting a return.
- Inspection requirements, if any.
- Refund method and expected processing time.
- Any valid and properly disclosed exclusions.
A universal seven-day return or refund guarantee
does not apply unless expressly offered for
the relevant product.
Section 3.0
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Customers should report a product that is defective,
damaged, incorrect or materially different from its
advertised description as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide the order details and relevant
evidence so the responsible seller can investigate.
The seller must handle eligible complaints and provide
remedies required by the applicable transaction
terms and law.
FixFlip may assist in coordinating the complaint
with the seller.
Section 4.0
Replacement
Replacement is available where offered for the
relevant product or required by applicable law.
The process may involve verifying the reported
issue, inspecting the device where appropriate
and confirming stock availability.
If a replacement cannot be provided, the responsible
seller must handle the matter in accordance with
the applicable terms and law.
A 48-hour exchange promise applies only if it is
expressly offered for the relevant product and
the meaning of that time window is clearly disclosed.
Section 5.0
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved or legally due,
the responsible seller or service provider
will process it using the applicable
payment arrangement.
The refund timeline should be communicated
to the customer, including any additional time
required by a bank or payment provider.
Any advertised processing period must reflect
the actual process.
Refunds must not be unreasonably delayed or
withheld contrary to applicable law.
Section 6.0
Repair Booking Cancellation
Customers should review the applicable repair
quotation and cancellation terms before
confirming a booking.
Any diagnostic, visit or cancellation fee
must be disclosed before the customer commits
to the booking.
A ₹99 diagnostic fee applies only if the relevant
partner actually charges that fee under
the disclosed conditions.
Refunds for cancelled bookings, completed work,
unavailable services or disputed charges will
be handled according to the agreed terms
and applicable law.
Additional repair work or charges require
appropriate prior disclosure and approval.
Section 7.0
Selling a Used Phone to a Partner
When a customer submits a used phone for sale,
the initial online valuation may be an estimate
subject to inspection.
If the partner proposes a revised price after
inspection, the customer should receive the
revised offer and accept it before the
transaction proceeds.
The partner buying the phone is responsible
for paying the agreed purchase amount.
Any dispute about inspection, device condition,
agreed valuation or payment may be raised
with FixFlip for assistance.
Once the sale has been completed, cancellation
or reversal is subject to the transaction
terms and applicable law.
Section 8.0
Partner Responsibilities
The relevant dealer or repair partner is
generally responsible for:
-
Handling the customer's transaction payment.
-
Issuing applicable invoices or receipts.
-
Assessing eligible refund, return or
replacement requests.
-
Providing the disclosed product
or service warranty.
-
Explaining any applicable charges
and processing refunds due.
FixFlip may coordinate communication and help
customers escalate complaints but does not
collect the customer's transaction payment
in its ordinary commission-based model.
This allocation does not remove any responsibility
FixFlip may have under applicable law.
Section 9.0
Non-Refundable Items or Services
Any valid non-refundable charge or exclusion
must be disclosed before the transaction
and must comply with applicable law.
Nothing in this policy removes a customer's rights
concerning defective goods, deficient services,
misrepresentation or any other legally
protected entitlement.
Section 10.0
How to Raise a Complaint
Contact FixFlip with your order or booking number,
relevant transaction details and a description
of the issue.
FixFlip may forward the complaint to the
responsible partner and coordinate a response.
